Ever since Nicholas Haton planted grapes in the village of Damery in the 1600s, the Haton family has been involved in the winemaking business. The Champagne house itself was officially founded in 1928, and thanks to meticulous methods in both vineyard and cellar, today Haton has grown to become one of the most well-known brands within its native France. Sébastian Haton acts as winemaker, following the path forged by his ancestors while considering the innovations of the future.
