This wonderful Gingerbread Gin Liqueur comes to us via the Aber Falls team out in North Wales. With sweet, warming notes of the eponymous baked treat, alongside familiar herbaceous gin elements, this expression will be brilliant in all kinds of cocktails or mixed drinks. We can see it pairing with a cream liqueur for some kind of decadent, autumnal tipple – perhaps with some actual gingerbread as a garnish/snack.
