Chateau Picoron is owned by an Australian family who have converted the vineyard and wine making practices to being organic. The Kalyk family are on a mission to produce hand made wines which are both high quality and great value, expressing the true heritage of the Bordeaux region and it’s traditional grape varieties.

Chateau Picoron – Tattarrattat 20′ is made from 100% merlot grapes from their vineyard located in Sainte Colombe in Bordeaux, France. It is a 2020 vintage and recommended serving it slightly chilled. Expect juicy fresh red fruits, sour cherry and crunchy red apple, with a light natural fizz. Fermented and preserved naturally under carbonic gas, without sulphites.
