Enigma is a hop that goes under the radar a lot, but we’ve used it in more than a few of our high-profile beers now with excellent results. We get what seems like subtle bits of Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy combined, and very delicately balanced together.
Combined with one of our favourite hops of the past year, HBC 586 with all of its Pineapple cube qualities, and also Rakau – this IPA is a tropical delight from start to finish.
