Neleman Chardonnay Muscat DOC Valencia 75ml

A white blend from Valencia, Spain made from Chardonnay and Muscat grapes grown using sustainable, organic and Vegan practices.

The Chardonnay was picked at an advanced point of maturation and the Muscat in an early state in order to give a subtle touch of flowers, white fruits and peach on the nose & a wide mouthfeel. Pale in colour with golden reflections, middle to high aromatic intensity, fresh and exciting with a balanced long fruity finish.

Pairs with raw and lightly cooked shellfish, grilled fish, fish pates or vegetable terrines and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables.

Grapes: Chardonnay 70%, Muscat 30 %
